About the event
Join us each month for a community drum circle designed for those who are navigating end-of-life experiences themselves , as a caregiver, someone grieving a loss, working in the field, or simply seeking connection.
This is a welcoming space to release stress, express emotion, connect, and be in community with others who understand. We’ll spend time drumming together (no experience necessary), followed by open time to talk, share, ask questions, or just listen.
You’re welcome to come as you are, whether you want to connect, process, network, or simply sit in the rhythm and not feel alone. Drums and percussion instruments will be provided, or feel free to bring your own.
