Pet care and placement

Service Description

If you or a loved one is in hospice or no longer able to care for a pet, we will lovingly coordinate rehoming and arrange virtual or in-person visits whenever possible. Our goal is to preserve connection so that, even in this final chapter, those who offered love earlier on can still walk beside you or your loved one. For pricing please email naomi@letsgohometogether.com no one will be turned away due to not being able to afford this service and we will tailor pricing to make it work for you.
